Help please.

Ok i just put my rebuilt tranny in my 91 gsx. I Can start the car and it idles pretty good. The tranny is nice and so is the clutch. When i drive the car, at about 3-3500 rpms when it shoulda been spooled i am at ~4psi. and i get a wierd ass noise sounds like KILLER boost leak. If i stay on the throtle it goes crazy no more than 4psi of boost until ~4500rpms. It takes for ever to get to 4500rpms. When it does boost shoots up to 10-11psi and holds solid till i shift and im below 4500rpms. I cant drive this anywhere as it sounds like its gonna blow up. What is my problem?
I have 2g mani and 2.5" turbo-back with 02 elim wastegate ext. dump.

I checked all vac. lines
Tightened all exhaust bolts.
Checked IC piping..

When At idle i can free rev it fine with no boost.


Would a vacuum leak test do me any good??

Don't bump, or they'll come round and kick your ass.

Do a boost leak test, and check the turbo bearings.
