From what I can guess, they used a screwdriver and a hammer and bashed in the lock on the drivers side door and then just turned it, and it unlocked the door, now being out of it's housing. They they took my book of CD's. Nothing else in my car got touched, my CD case is just missing. Now, it was a 200 CD case filled, but really, WTF? Anyway, no I have a door lock hanging inside my door and I need to fix it. Anyone have any idea how to go about doing this. I would just take it apart, but I remember it being a PITA to get to the door lock and was wondering if anyone knew of a quicker fix that just looking around. Thanks for any help.

I'm guessing the only way to fix it is to do it the hard way. Just find one in a junkyard and replace it, unless you go all out and find a mint door with the same color in a junkyard.

Hope this helps.
