New Oil lines???

alright, i'm re doing the oil lines to my turbo. right now i have them set up running from the head to the turbo becuase its a 1g head its leaking so i got a new full stainless 2g line to go from the turbo to the oil filter housing but the oil filter housing has a weird something coming out of it don't know what it is .in the pic i circled it the lower bolt. i think its for the oil cooler but idk. the middle bolt the allen head is the where i'm going to put the oil line. is this right. o yah will the oil line i bought fit on the stock t25 turbo right now a inverted flare nut is connecting into it. but the stainless as the 90 fitting into the oil filter housing. and the other end is a banjo bolt connector that goes into the turbo..

so then i should be able to take out that lower contraption and put the allen bolt there to block it off and where the allen bolt is in the pic i put the oil supply line to the turbo.

-I was told by Road///Race to use the allen bolt(hole) on the right(my photo), they told me the purpose of the allen bolt (your contraption) but I forgot.
