Engine "Shaking"/Wobbling

My engine has recently begun to shake rather violently after I "let it breathe" - tune-up is due 2 weeks ago and i might mention it to the dealer but any experience you've had please share.

What do you mean "let it breathe?" Could be anything from a broken balance shaft belt to bad motor mounts.

Could be a bad misfire too.

let it breathe - run it agressive, not hard, going mebbe 5k inbetween shifts. it hasnt done it recently, it was just this one time.
