Rough start...

Hello,
I am new to the forum and to DSM's. I have a 1990 plymouth laser 2.0 DOHC N/A car. When I go to start the car it is hesitant to start and then when it does start it sputters a little bit and then clears up and is fine. I am just worried that come winter time the car may not want to start at all and if anyone knows of a possible diagnosis.

The car is also a bit hesitant when taking off from a stop light after sitting. It gives a short sputter and then takes off. ANy suggestions?

spray some carb cleaner in the trottle body and clean that up...also check the plugs, and wires, and vacuum hoses.
