hey guys, my starter die don me a couple days ago and im attempting to bpull the bish out, but i cant find her. The starter should be somewhere by the firewall, vsiible is battery/rack is taken out right? well ive been looking around and cant really find anything. but another thing is that i have a JDM GVR4 tranyn in my car (the AWD/FWD ones). are the starters placed in a different spot? any help would be very much appreciated. thanks!

How bout looking right on top of the tranny where it meets the flywheel. That is usually where starters are because they turn the flywheel.and if it isnt there look all the way around the tranny where it meets the block.

cool, thanks guys. i think im just retarded and cant see or something. but yea i got it done....only problem is that my car still doesnt start:(. i can hear the solenoids working, and the fuel pump pumping....but she just doesnt fire up. anybody got any ideas? if the starter was hooked up wrong, would i even be hearing it at all?
