UICP Install now Boost Leak

I just installed a Dejon Tool UICP and now i think i have a boost leak. I can hear a hiss noise from my TB. I have checked the front gasket that connects to the TB Elbow. I hoped that was the prob so i coated it in RTV and put her back together. STILL hear the stupid leak. So now i think its the TB to Intake gasket...which looks like a bi*** to get to since i have to dissconnect everything from the TB. I was thinking i could buy a small paint brush and try to get in there with some RTV, because from what i can see the gasket is still good, but something is leaking. When i build any boost I sound like an airplane. I have an auto with smaller cams i hear that that will effect my Vac, but here are my readings. In park (or letting off the gas in gear) i sit about 20. In gear at a stand still i sit about 13-14. Any help would be good or any other places i might check around that area.

try using leakage spray ...Spray that on the places you think are leaking and you will see instantly if there is a leak or not ( it bubbles like hell if you have a leak).That way you dont have to remove anything that deosnt need to be removed
