riverview,
ok. my car is acting strange, i have a leaking exh mani gasket i'm switching out very soon. when i put my 14b on. in the morning after the car's been sitting for 6-8 hrs, for the first probably 10-20 mins the vac is from -17ish to -21ish at idle and boost is normal and takes a little while longer than it should to spull due to the leak. which is understandable. say i park my car for 5 mins get back in it and start it, at idle my vac pressure is only at like -10 then as i drive the car longer throughout the night the vac gets weaker and weaker and ends up around -7 to -5 ish...can anyone help me figure this out ? i know there was a kink in my boost gauge line but i got it sraight and this happens exactly the same way everyday. could the leak in my exhaust manifold cause the vac pressure to do that ?
