Starts smoking after idling about 10 minutes

I have had this car a short time, 91 Eagle AWD Turbo.
Recently charged A/C and after car was running for about 10 minutes it started smoking, more of a light gray than any other color.
After finishing the charging and getting concerened about smoke I went on the highway. Smoking ceased. Doesn't smoke anyother time but when left idling for awhile and then clears up in a mile of normal driving.
Any ideas? Car was previously owned by an elderly woman and was hardly driven, she averaged 4000 miles a year. Records indicate all maintenance was up to date

Valve stem seals. I had the same problem. Replace the intake and exhaust cam seals while you're at it. $100 in parts...about $600 for labor
