Bad 02 sensor?

So i put my car back to stock because of smog. The 16g is still on but stock piping and intercooler etc. My car ran fine for a awhile, then one day when i floored it, the turbo started to spool really loud and the car wasnt moving. My cheapo Autometer A/f gauge said RICH (green light) I looked for leaks and d/c the battery to reset the ecu, i put my stock BOV on too b/c the 3000gt BOV was not working. i couldnt hear any PSHhhhhh not even a soft one. anyways i reconnect the battery and take her for a test drive.. still rich and loud spool, car barely moving. Then anytime i let up off the gas.. RPM's drop and the car dies. it went from bad to worse.. whats going on!! Any DSMer's in Daygo that can help tune this puppy!!??
 
well, one thing from the post i noticed that may or may not have anything to do with the problem but is one at that, is that you put your stock intercooler back in while keeping your 16g turbo. They go hand in hand...You are probably, if not definitely heat syncing your intercooler and probably causeing fuel cut at the same time with the amount of air you are pushing with the bigger turbo....see if the aftermarket IC helps (definitely should) and did you do anything with the fuel system? it doesn't look like you did which would lead to fuel cut as well , the air and fuel have to be just right, but since your running rich i want to say the restrictive IC hose is making it so.
 
It sounds like you have a leak somewhere from the turbo to the throttle body. Double check all your clamps and vacuum lines. If that doesn't work it's always good to do a pressure test.
 
right now i just finished an oil change and put the stock cat back on. while under the car i didnt notice any leaks or loose clamps. after another battery d/c, i started the car and let it idle for a few mins. i went to test drive it.. and again it dies 50 away from my house at the stop sign. when ever i let up off the gas for any reason, the rpms dies down, and the meter is reading rich and i am not even doing anything.
 
mine does the exact same thing.. i will go WOT and the car will not go anywhere but its boosting and im running rich.. but if i stay into a couple of seconds it finaly acts right and starts spining tires... 1 thing i did have done is mitsu replaced the timing belt... never did this before untill i let them mess with it... it almost feals like its retarding to far out... then straightens up... but they wont double check the timing unles they charge me so im basicly stuck.. im thinking mine is timing but i dont know.. i did have the o2 replaced couple thousand back.. still dosent act right! i would love some help on this also... it does help when i reset the ecu but just for like 50 miles like he said. WHATS WRONG WITH M CAR!?!?
 
update. i will see my mechanic buddy tomorrow. we are going to go into the engine with a multimeter and check out my 02 sensors. i will do a compression test from the turbo as well. any more ideas and what to look for let me know.
