check engine light on

i need help i cant figure this out
i was racing my car one night and the car bogged and the engine light came and it hasent gone out since. iv put 2 differnt scanners on it and i cant get any codes. when the car is cold and i start it it dosent want to run it stalls out. i have to keep my foot on the gas till it warms up. it runs ok when its warm but its cutting the boost at 7 psi and it seems to be retarding the timing above 4000. thanx for the help

know anyone with a logger? the logger will show you any errors that the ecu stores. borrow one & check by using that.
