hey
i just installed a newer throttle body on my 92 tsi. i checked all of the sensors and they seem to be good. i put a new o-ring on the biss screw. i have checked for boost leaks, and the only place air is coming from is the two hoses that go from the intake manifold to the intake pipe. i figure this is somewhat normal, but im not for sure. anyway, with the biss screwed all the way in i still idle at about 1180 rpm. when i drive it is seems to be good except it is almost imposible for me to build boost. i have to really get on it before it will do anything. i have a manual boost controller if that matters. i am pretty much lost on what to check now. if anybody could offer some kind of assistance i would be very gratefull
