smoke problems

At idle after driving a few minutes, smoke pours out of exhaust, has a slight blue tint, but doesnt smell like oil... it smells like VERY rich gas... can richness cause that much smoke?? The car blows more smoke at more boost... blown turbo?? can turbo itself create the smoke?? o2 housing????
