Vehicle Speeed Sensor

HI every one thnks to some one i got the ignition wires thing for my car and the turbo timer is functioning and do its job I am not getting a vehicle speed reading so i i am unsure o wether i was told the right pin. For a 1990 frontwheel drive PLYMOUTH LASER RS TURBO what is the ECU pin number wire color ( number of spaces from the sides) any thing that would i=dentify the right pin for VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR

its 18 and the other you need for the rpm is 21 look at the diagram as if the wires are comming out of the page.

I hve it connected to pin 18 and it doesnt give a reading for vehicle speed on my type 1 what might be wron and the speedometer does work
