I have seen a couple post's about this topic but none that really explain why it happend or what can be done the solve it. I have a 99 gsx with bov and intake. I noticed that when i replaced my bov there was oil in the intercooler pipe. It has been about 1 month and there is still oil dripping from the intercooler pipe. The problem is that there is oil in the intercooler pipe. Why is it there, and how can i get rid of it. help please:rolleyes:

The oil from the pipe is oil from your turbo that made its way to the intercooler, and now to your piping. Dont worry unless there is like a puddle. My I/C pipe was lined with it in my old gs-t. Dont worry about it unless it is a Massive amount.

-Check your PCV valve, should only OEM valve, or install a catch can on the air hose that goes from the valve cover to the intake hose just after the air filter.

How do i install a catch can ??? Also, what should i do with the PVC valve???. Thank you guys:D

-You can get a catch can from just about any "performance" shop, most has a little air filter on it, that's not smog legal, this is a shinny one, doesn't have a filter on it, I don't know if this one is smog legal or not, I made mine out of a small baby food jar, look funny but it work.
-As for the PCV valve, it's a one way valve, there's a ball bearing in it so it will make noise if you shake it, if it doesn't, you can either clean it with some carburator cleaner or get a new one.
