logger showing code 31 Knock sensor, but i just changed mine..??

hey guys, i recently changed my knock sensor, like in november. now today, my logger is showin me code 31 knock sensor. is it bad? i know its kind of a stupid question, but i just changed it, and my car has been having knock problems for a while. thankscould it have gone bad this early? last time when teh sensor was all melted, it didn't throw a code or anything. suggestions??

For it to throw a code, there needs to be a problem with the signal. Check the wires and the plug.
