99 gs-t dies after start....unless you pull any one plug wire first.

My buddy's uncle has a 99 gs-t. Whats happening is: it will start , and then promptly die 3 seconds later. Now the odd part is that he found if you pull any one plug wire off, and then start it , it will stay running(poorly of coarse). You can then put the plug wire back on and go about your business.

I believe he has replaced the crank angle sensor, ignition coil, ecu. I personally lean towards the power transistor however I have no reason behind this and would much appreciate any advise, insight, or help on this problem.

what dies just the motor or all electricity and motor? can he crank it right back on after it dies

the motor justs stalls. time after time. I haven't seen it yet to know any electric info.

Check your fuel pressure and other common sense stuff, timing, gas, spark, air,etc then get back to me.
