1105 code thrown. after market a-fpr pos. problem?

Hey guys my 99 gsx through the 1105 cel light. fuel pressure selanoid malfuction. Could this be from a after market a-fpr or diconnecting the vac line for ajusting it? or maybe i have to do the fuel pump rewire. i dunno. or do i just need a new selanoid? Thanks for the help

Had the same problem, which is very quick and easy to fix. The Fuel Pressure Solenoid is the culprit. The only problem you'll have is getting one at any parts store. They will try and convince you that it is a Fuel Pressure Regulator and it is the same as a Solenoid????????? You can sometimes find these on ebay, but no guarantee it will work. I ordered mine from the dealer. The safest way to confirm you will get a Fuel Pressure Solenid is to write down the info on the current solenoid when ordering it.
