I'm about to install 3 pillar gauges for my 2g, however, the instructions that came with it are slightly vague on the constant power. The instructions show a diagram of the wires going to the battery with no fuse.

Am I just an electrical idiot that should KNOW to hook them into some other constant power such as the radio power so they have a fuse? Or can I actually hook the constant power of the 3 gauges STRAIGHT to the positive terminal on the battery with no fuses?

Also, I read in another forum that one should NOT wire all 3 gauges to the same power source like the radio or cigarette lighter, anyone have a 2nd opinion on that?

pls help >_<

thanks for the link ^^

Okay, yeah, >< I guess I should have used the keyword 'glowshift' in my forum searches because I couldn't find anything about constant power with the other gauge install forums. I didn't think the forums would be so specific so I used generic terminology in my searches.

I got the white glowshift gauges because they match my aftermarket gauge cluster already.

Thanks for the speedy reply guys ^^ back to installing for me!
