Ok after 8 attempts to see why I can't hold boost over 10psi after 5krpms is still a fail.
I'm at a total loss on why this is happening. I've checked all Piping and I have two pinhole (if that) on my elbow pipe. Don't think thats the cause anywho I can hear hallowing inside the valvecover/pvc area and some on my Boost gauge. I'm certain the large portion is in the Valve Cover part and I have no clue why? any ideas?

Some things to keep in mind when doing a BLT:
1. Engine warmed up to operating temp.
2. Throttle plate open
3. MBC disconnected
4. Oil cap off
5. Cap off PVC nipple on intake manifold if you suspect your PVC is bad.
6. Soapy water is your best friend
7. Check your BOV, my 1g bov is currently only holding 10psi:notgood:
8. ****Avoid valve overlap, Piston 1 at ~30ATDC, you can do this by turning the crank CW to TDC, then turn it roughly 30*( the timing mark on the pulley should roughly be at the 12 O'clock position.****

The hollow from the valve cover is what i heard as being normal.

Common leak spots:
1. Couplers(get T-bolts!)
2. Compressor housing O-ring
3. Compresor housing outlet
4. TB gaskets + shaft seals
5. BISS screw
6. Injector O-rings + lower seals
7. BOV
8. FPR line
9. BOV line

I'm sure theres something i forgot. This will get you started.
Fix those pinhole leaks on the elbow pipe, you'd be surprised how small of a leak will affect the system. You can use some high temp RTV for a quick fix.

Ok first of all pull out your pcv valve and blow through the non-threaded end. If it's oily attache some clean hose. If you can blow through it then you were leaking boost through it into your valve cover. Replace with oem.

If PCV is fine follow vipre's advice. Where are you attaching your pressure tester? Turbo inlet or ic inlet?

If turbo inlet you could be leaking through the turbo seals.
