Now I've done some searching on the forum prior to posting this to make sure Im not double posting but I haven't found my exact problem.

Buschur Racing 2.5 catback exhaust

MBC set to 18PSI

I started working on this Talon over this past winter. I replaced the head due to it being worped 19thousanths in the center and leaking coolant into one of the cylinders. Once I got it to my house everything started to go downhill (ill just leave it at that). I got a replacement head from a local guy with another 1g. Sent it out to have pressure tested/cleaned/etc. I got the head on and everything back together. At first I have excessive idling issues. At that point I had to take about a 4mo. break due to leaving for Army Basic Training. I've been home since May and now back to where I left off.

I re-set the BISS screw the way I was told to do off the internet. The idling did get better but still is alittle low, I figure I just have to mess with it some more.

I took the car out for a test drive to see if my problem has been solved. Now im not getting any boost. The boost gauge is reading that I have boost (18PSI) but Im not going anywhere. While Im sitting at and idle im showing 10in of vaccum. I figured it would then be a vaccum leak or boost leak. I removed the IC piping and intake to double check the things I've capped off and removed. I pulled out the Evap Canister along with the Purge Control valve since I had it just sitting in there. After putting everything back together I ran it again and no difference. I thought there was a problem with the wastegate so I performed a pressure test and I didn't notice a drop in pressure.

At this point im just clueless on what it would be. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did u try to shim the actuator or make sure the flapper was sealing flush? if it wasnt I dont see how it would build 18psi but I have seen instances where it would hit around 12 and not be in "boost" so to speak. just an idea. if no leaks and everything checks out fine I would look towards the timing.
