I've got my SAFC up and working al setting are at zero high and low thortle. Or so I thought. symptoms of the MAF being unplugged when i go WOT. So I'm thinking that its the airflow wires(pink and orange) that are screwing up. Before I go and rip is open again, I just wanted to confirm with you guys that it couldnt be something else? Thanlks

question? on the orange and pink are u suspused to hook them up togeter or separte?

1990 eclipse gsx
all stock
turboback

Not sure what you mean by "together or seperate", but they both get hooked up to the MAS signal wire at the ECU. You cut the MAS wire about 6 inches from the ECU and attach the Pink wire to the ECU side and the orange wire to the vehicle harness side.

Also, don't forget that the black ground wire needs to be further away from the ECU than the brown ground wire. Then make sure you select the correct sensor type in the SAFC setup screen.

You want to update your profile so we can look at your mod list. As for settings, that varies by vehicle, so you'll need to post up some logs. Set the SAFC for a 30 and 80% TPS trigger points, with the arrow pointing North East. Also, make sure you set the sensor type as Karmen. If your first post is correct and you aren't running larger injectors, there really isn't much to do with the SAFC.

You could attempt to lean out the AFR a little, but you'll need to post some 3rd gear pulls for me to help you. Make a couple pulls from 2.5k to redline and log rpm, knock, IDC and TPS. Then post it up.
