The ECU that's in the car is a MD166260. I have a good MD165531, are they interchangable?
92 Plymouth Laser 2.0 RS turbo

Solution
I wouldn't suggest it because the MD165531 is a auto ECU and yours is a manual ECU.

The auto ECU is setup for 390cc injectors as opposed to your 450cc injectors. And also has smaller cams and a smaller turbo. So the ECU won't know that you have bigger injectors, cams, or a bigger turbo. And the car will run poorly.
