Sorry for bringing another clutch adjust topic but I've read a lot of topics about it, but none coveres my (simple) question.

When I swapped my engine I also swapped the clutch for an ACT2100. Since then, the (dis)engage point is really low on the pedal travel. Before it was just fine. It's like this

Also it feels like the clutch isn't disengaging fully, it feels like it disengages just a bit, just barely enough to shift without grinding. Sometimes I can feel as I'm really "pushing" the gears in place, sometimes it kinda blocks when shifting at high revs, especially to 4th.

Anyway I found the page on TRE and RRE and I've read on how to adjust the rod under the dash.
Loosen the lock nut on the adjuster rod and you'll be able to rotate the rod by hand. If getting the right free play off the floor makes it so that you loose the free play at the top of the pedal travel, you will need to adjust the upper travel stop. The upper travel stop is the cruise control switch.

So yesterday I went upside down and placed myself under the dash. Really uncomfortable position :p
I did find the rod itsself. I also found the bolt to adjust the top travel. But I have absolutely no idea which bolt is meant with "the lock nut on the adjuster rod" Also the photo on RRE didnt help me much. I do recognize a few things but it doesn't say where the lock nut is.
I was looking towards the rod when my head was somewhere near the gas pedal. I did see some bolts and those clamps somewhere around the rod. Or can't I see it when looking at it from this side and do I need to look from some other place? Or find it by hand only?
Before I'm starting to loosen bolts and such, I was hoping one of you guys could clearify a bit more which one the nut is I need to loosen.

Look for the clutch pedal itself first. Behind the pedal you will see a rod with a threaded bottom that is attached to the pedal. There will be a lock nut or a nut that is butted up against the pedal. You will have to loosen that nut first in order to rotate the threaded rod. Rotating it clockwise will raise your friction/engagement point, rotating in counterclockwise will lower your engagement point. Hopefully that makes any sense.

Ooohh ok I think I get it .
So basicly its the nut that holds the rod to the pedal?
(haven't checked yet but I sure will)

Doh I feel a bit stupid, could've think of that myself :p

Thanks a lot, I think I'll be fine now :D
