Well I'm having the same problem.... But I have Good Compresion And my All my Timming marks Are lined up perfect also...

Well I looked back at the Origanal Video and the Guy said that it was his Power Transitor that had came loose ... But I've already tested it...
Anyone??? There has to be Someone out there that had this Probem ......

try to check your fuel supply.. good compresion with good fire is nothing without fuel to burn right?.. just a maybe..

Fuel is good I have A Aeromotive AFPR with A marshal FP gauge, and brand new walbro 255 I just put in .... IT primes when started and holds pressure when I Test it with the palm ......I have Fuel Spark and Compression it gotta be something electrical .....

Check spark on all 4 plugs. Pull each plug and check for fouling. The important one would be to check the CAS and make sure the dots line up when you put it in, then assuming it starts, set your base timing.

I have spark....and it was running... I Thought it was the CAS to begin with but I've swapped it out for a diferant one and put mine on a friends car .... I'm gonna trace the cas wires back to the ecu tomorrow ....

Have you checked firing order yet?

I already swaped out the COP for the stock Coils and it changed nothing.....

For starters, what did you change on the car?

Maf-t gen 2,COP,Turbo Setup,A few Gauges,New pistons(broke a rings land)Arp hardware,Copper H/G thats about all I can think of....Pretty Much striped it down to nothing.....And started from the ground up....

No, think of the CAS as a distributor. You can have it around 45-135 degrees out and the car will not start. If you are getting spark when you turn the car over the wires are fine. The video sounded like it was trying to fire out the intake, which would make sense for it being way way off on the base ignition timing. If you took this part off the car, it is something that is mandatory to reset.

i have had that same problem LOL. IT was so dumb. I have pulled my sparks plugs 20 times and the time that happened to me i had the wrong firing order. I went 4123 on my coil instead of on my engine. try that. I thought it was starter changed that and still had that crazy start-up. I was like f***, might as well try it the other way and bam.

Well the Thing is is IT was running Without touching anything I just died ... It had done it a few times before I was tryin to figure it out at the time...But this time it would'nt Start again
I understand what your saying, But what gets me is that I'm not getting a RPM signal on my MAF-t gen2 ALL the wiring inside the Car is Hooked up right I checked all that like 10 time before ever even trying to start the car.... So I figured the signal from the CAS to The ECU is being lost somewhere...
But the CAS is getting power and the siganl is at least making it to the Power TR.
Like its Sparking But not giving Fuel at the right time....

Anybody Know what there injector Pulse is normaly Starting?....Mine is JUMPING REALY HIGH....

What about a faulty ECU? see if you can borrow someones to see if your computer puked!....but to me its sounds like timing is off a tooth or two!

what compressions did you have, a timing belt being off can cause high compression, yet still line up on the cams but not crank.

Ya I'm gonna check if it the ECU, Gotta wait to borrow a freinds ECU though.
Again..... The Timing is Dead on......

155 even all across... I just put a new set of 7.8:1 pistons in less 100 miles ago... The Timing Is Dead on.....

Come on people I need somemore ideas I'm running out... Everthing I've thought of has worked on another Car or tested good I've teested over half of the wiring...Just about every sensor ... Checked for for every thing posiable that I could think of And Everything Has came Back Good .....

Yes the Cop wiring is correct ...I pulled it off and put the stock coils on and also checked the COP wiring...I've been meaning to put to gether a Boost leak tester I think I'll do that today and check for intake leaks... also maybe snap a few pics of the Timing marks....To Confirm to everyone that the Timing is Set Right...
