hi guys
when checking the diagnostic codes i got a code 22 ( on a 1G 1990)
this code means crank angle sensor right?
but my cel never came on
is there a way to check this sensor ?
the car runs fine only problem i have that it wont rev unless i adjust the trothle plate
can this sensor cause this?
thanks.

There is no crank angle sensor on a 1g, Cam angle sensor might be what your after. If the CEL isnt currently on but the code was saved, it means there was a problem but now its either fixed or not bad nough to trip the CEL. As for the idle thing check all the sensors on the throttle body and timing, which has to do with the Cam Angle Sensor.

oke thanks
so if this is a saved code is there a way to erase the code ?
and for the sensors,i am using a race mannifold and TB so no much sensors there just
TPS and ISC and both of them are new
i am using the lower part of a 2G TB on a race TB
thanks again:thumb:

Normal operation keeps repeating short sweeps, I don't believe it should ever pause or stop
