need help, anyone near coral springs?

I need some help. Anyone near coral springs, frt lauderdale can come by that knows more than me on these cars. im a newbi seriously in DSM. Need to help me start this thing. please help, anyone!!!
Car has spark, has fuel, but backfires????? you need to see it, cant explain whats going on. Im about to junk the car seriously!!!

Ok, heres whats going on, Car is done, All complete, I go to start it It seems it wants to start but wont. It has spark, fuel. Maybe the timing is wrong??? I have alldata so that helps me a whole bunch. Checked the timing, seems to be right. Anyone have any Idea of whats happening??? It some how has a backfire..... I take off the intercooler pipe that goes to the intake, Freakin Fire comes out of there!!! YOU EVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT????

Is your CAS on right?
Are your plug wires in the right order?

plugs are right. checked on the computer, but whats the CAS???? Im new so help me out

ok got the car to finally start. car runs on starting flued, so im guessing its the fuel pump, or filter. im changing the fuel filter first, checked pump, everything looks alright and is working. Also, when the car starts, there no sign of rmp gauge going up. No sign of boost, nothing. any Ideas of what can be going on???
