So when im driving along radomly I will hear a noise that sounds like the tire is trying to come off. but i check the lugs and everything is fine. So I'm not sure what it is. and it only does it sometimes. It started last night on the way home and i thought the tire was going to come off but i looked and everything seems fine.

Hmmm....could be a number of things.
The first thing you need to do is stop driving the car, or at least don't drive at excessive speeds man. This could be a real bad idea.

You need to safely jack the car up and take off both front tires and visually inspect your tire & rims, (inside & out), brake components, steering rack, tie-rod ends, upper and lower control arms and lateral arms. Also, make a visual inspection of your driveaxles and related components. Make sure everything rotates and is secure as spec'ed.

Inspect all the suspension bushings, and boots. Make sure none of the bolts are missing or the boots are torn. Give everything a good "tug" and recheck to make sure all bolts are tight.

If you have the shop manual, use it! Check out the trouble-shooting section, and research all the related suspension/ drivetrain components.

If the car is AWD, (I suspect) get the car on a lift to do this, or on four stands so you can rotate the wheels and look/listen for distinct noises, ect.

Can you better describe the sounds?

Does it sound like a tire rubbing, or a "clicking" noise, or somthing else??

Do you feel it? Like a tire "wobbling" or "warped" feeling??

Does it only occur at certain speeds, or comes and goes
?

I noticed your profile said you had an ACT Flywheel with Stock Clutch?

Who did your machine work on that? Did you just bolt it on?

Is there noise on the transmission side, or can you even tell?

If your having any disengagment problems, check out this article:

If you don't have a lot of experience with suspension components, I would highly recommend taking it to a reputable shop or dealer for alignment and inspection. These are all just safe visual inspections you can make to ensure it's nothing obvious.

I wouldn't drive the car like this, you could possibly lose all steering control if this is something that bad. Not trying to scare you, just don't let it go too long.

It turns out that the inner and outter tire rods were loose. I was driving to a place to have them look at it and it broke on the way there but i was only going maybe 10mph the hole way to be careful. I do have a manual but dont have the tools to preform such a job. Any how its is now fixed and drivng again.. Thank you for your resposne.
