I seem to have a problem with my car's transmission. I notice that when i first start my car for the day and everything is cold, I put it into reverse and back out of my garage (no noise, fairly smooth engagement), after I have driven around enough to where the whole car is very warmed up. If i want to turn around somewhere and go into reverse. It will grind when I put the car into reverse. It does like a grind, stop, grind, engage. This has been going on for awhile and I've also noticed one day I had a 3rd gear engagement problem where every time I'd go into 3rd itd grind a bit. Whats up with the reverse grinding? I've tried putting it into 1st, then R, and it still grinds. I only notice this problem when it has been running for awhile. If i shut it off for an hour or so and start it up it wont do it right away. Thanks

Check fluid levels for the transmission, replace gear oil if it has not been done in a while, Syncromech works well.

If that doesnt solve it, which I doubt it will now that its been a while doing it, you might need some new syncros.
