Hi i have a 95 tsi awd with a rebuilt engine that has about 2000 miles on it. Up until a few days ago it has run perfectly. Now when i start it up it idles very low (800-900) and has been not very fast. I appreciate any help! thanks!!

You need to check for a boost leak...around the intercooler and intake mainly the bov if you have a stock one. Also check and make sure in the intake is not loose on the inlet side of the turbo. Are you still pullin the same boost???

Warmup idle starts at around 1150rpm. Is this on a cold motor or fully warmed?

If you reset the ECU lately, that can cause the ECU to forget its settings. If that's the case, let it idle for 10 minutes warmed up and it still may take a couple of days for the idle to correct itself. But the loss of power makes me think it might be something else.
