Well none of these things worked, Iv seen a few threads like this but none that were problem solved for my problem, I went threw all the fuses and I dont see any blown or missing.

My blower motor makes a small click when you try to turn the fan on.

The seat belts only move back and forth when the key power is turned on.

Passenger side window will not roll down.

No power to sun roof.

There is no radio in the car some one hacked the harness and there is wires everywhere right there, it made a small spark noise when i was driving it home from where i bought it, but all these problems were there before.

Please point me in the right direction I wanna restore this laser to a good running order.
 
Where are all the relays? thanks for the fast reply, All this stuff was broke before the spark sound, but thanks I'm soddering in a new radio harness this week.
 
A shop manual and a multi-meter can go a long way here too. Most of the time there are ways to test relays without going through the trial-and-error torture. Well, you did say the heater blower clicks.. That's probably your relay trying to turn it on, so check and see if you're getting power to the blower itself. Usually starting at whatever doesn't work and tracing back is the easiest way, at least in my experience. And it has to be said: check all the fuses before anything :thumb:
 
I have a 91 Talon TSi and my seat belts only move when the key power is on. I thought thats how they are supposed to be and when I turn the key off they move the hell out of my way haha. And if your blower is shot...no big deal. Its not too hard to change. I did it on my GSX before I bought my Talon.
 
+1, I don't think the seat belts are supposed to move when the key is off. Not really any need for them to :confused:

They are supposed to move out of the way even with the key off when you open the door.

Make sure your battery connections are clean and tight, and that one of the terminals is not touching the hood. I had everything go out on me once, was just a loose positive terminal. It would still turn the car over and start, just nothing would work. Thta and shorted out a battery once being dumb and running with no battery hold down and it slid in the tray letting the positive terminal arch off of the hood. Yea I'm smart sometimes....
 
Thanks for the replys anyone know the b est place to buy a manual book.. They dont sel them locally here or there always out LOL go fig..

Ill have to invest in a multi-meter also.
