new to DSM; 94 Eagle Talon Ignition Control Module/Power Transistor

Heya everyone. New to the DSM world. But heres my problem- I researched the power transistor/ignition module and I just have a couple questions. Now they say n/a and turbo Ignition Modules are the same but then somone started talking about 6 or 7 pin plug ins so I'm iffy. I am purchasing a FWD, 1.8L SOHC Turbo 94 Eagle Talon. But it needs a ICM so I was wondering if there is a specific one I need to lok for. eBay has a couple of them. I found one off a 2.0L n/a dohc... And a 94 Eagle Talon (doesnt say turbo or non turbo) Will it work fora 1.8L SOHC turbo?

And what exactly am I looking at? I have seen different pictures of all of em. A picture of one would be GREAT.

I did some more research and have found what the transistor module looks like. But will a 2.0L DOHC transistor unit work on a 1.8L SOHC?

The 1.8L uses a different setup. IIRC it's all built into the distributor the SOHC uses.

yah, as far as i've been able to research, the N/T models use high impedance injectors and the turbos use low impedance injectors....

and wait, you have a 1.8L SOHC turbo? what? someone turbocharged the base model motor?

That's a great question, what are you looking at since there weren't any factory 1.8L SOHC Turbo engines.
