boost optimization

i installed a 16g, ported and clipped, have 3" downpipe, catback, O2 elbow, fmic, k&n, larger throttle body, etc., but, i only max out at 10 psi boost. my actuator arm doesn't have an adjustment on it, but i don't know if that has anything to do with it. i am out of ideas. thanks

You need a boost controller to go above what the wastegate spring is set for.
