alright. .ive had a problem for a looong time now, and nothing seems to be working, and its getting worse. . . now at about 3-3.5 rpms my car starts jerking around, friends have told me to replace spark plugs and wires, and fuel filter, but that does not seem to be working, im thinking it may be my injectors, someone else told me timing. . .i wanted to know if it is the injectores, or if it is timing, how to fix that. . .thanks in advance for your help:cry:

May just have bad fuel. Are you throwing a check engine?

If you are throwing a CE light it could be problem in your MA Sensor. How does it feel when its jerking? What kind of jerking? No sounds coming from engine bay? Describe the problem more so maybe I could make a diagnosis. (like i am a doctor or something!)

ahem..... Dr. DSM..... calling Dr. DSM...... report to engine bay 3 immediately for a diagnosis!!

Let me know and I think I can help you out. Later

well, when it jerks, it is like a stop and go sort of thing, sometimes i hear a grinding sound from under the car on the driver side when it is really bad. . .i dont hear anything from the engine bay. . .could this possibly be a clutch problem??. . .and as far as bad gas. . .ever since ive bought the car ive only put in 92-93 octane, and the fuel filter has been replaced, the spark plugs and wires too, i also did the front o2 sensor. So, Dr. DSM, do you have a perscription based on this??

What kind of car do you have?

The tbelt is on the drivers side of the engine bay. Maybe the belt jumped a couple teeth. I'm no dr. dsm tho.

actually the t belt is on the passenger side its an esi, and the t belt is new, i checked it myself. . .and it happens both at a start and while driving

Well, why not just see what the code is before throwing any more parts at the car? Even though the CEL light is not on, the code is still stored in the computer. Address the obvious then deal with the less obvious.
