does this look like some seals are bad in my turbo?

it was much more oily before i sprayed it with carb cleaner.. this couldnt possibly be coming from the oil feed line, could it? and that is where it looks like the smoke is blowing out when i rev the engine..

I'd say check your crush washers for the oil feed line, it might be loose or bad. Take off some of your intercooler piping and see if the inside is coated with oil. That will also tell you if the seals are bad in the turbo. Couldn't hurt to do a boost leak check too.
