Guys I think i have a blown head gasket...But that's not the issue...two days ago with the blown head gasket my car started up fine and ran 3 minutes. Now it starts and stalls out after 1 minute...(I just did a fresh oil change to get the coolant out.). Why is it doing this but it started fine 2 days ago and ran??

Plus the coolant came out mixed. It didn't come out separated.

If possible forget running it and replace the head gasket, coolant in the oil is hard on main bearings etc.

The ECU is probably realizing now the there no compression.
That happened to me when I blew mine, it ran horrible at low RPMs and fine at higher..lasted about 3-4 days then finally realized it was a blown HG. Then it went out completely.
