I was driving my car last night, nothing to crazy just driving and it was raining... everything on this car seems to mess up when it rains... Well I was driving down the highway and hit 100% throttle in 4th and the car kinda of jerked or bowed down instead of going in where. I looked down and seen the CEL was on. So I went home and parked the car.

Today I woke up to drive and make a CEL kit for the car and it would start then just die. It would do this until I finally got it harmed up good. Got the parts and then hooked it up... The light blinks were Steady for 10mins, nothing... So i got in the car with the CEL still on, cranked up fine... but here are the issues and such...
1. The car would just die unless I turned the TPS up in the 1300+rpm idle range, anything less and the car would die out....
2. The exhaust note has a pretty laud ticking noise in it...
3. Engine shakes bad but not crazy bad...
4. under light throttle car drive decent, sounds bad but drives smooth...
5. under heavy throttle the car bows/bogs down BAD!!! until it hits high boost (10+)...
6. The rpms seem to be going up ALOT faster than normal on the SAFC but the car doesn't feel like it at the RPM it displays at all VIA: 5k on the SAFC feels like 1.5k-2k, my reg RPM gauge in cluster doesn't work...
7. builds boost fine, slow around 0+ - 5+ but after that builds fast... (always done this)...
8. CEL is on but doesn't throw a code...

Mods:
-Small 16g
-550cc
-SAFC2 (was tuned then switched to default when this problem started to happen to see if it was the tune)
-chipped 2g MAFS
-FMIC
-greddy BOV
-rebuilt motor (est 10k-20k miles on it)
-new spark plugs and wires

Checked: spark, fuel pump, cel,
 
what's a chipped 2g MAFS ? do a compression and leak down test, check your timing, and do a boost leak test... What spark plugs are you running? Is there any goo coming out of your knock sensor? is there oil in the car and is it full?
 
Cone filter is in engine bay so if water got in it would be a miracle, I'll check that tho, might be it!

I changed the oil yesterday. 4.5 Quarts of oil in. Right at full mark.
 
I checked it had no water from what I could see. I drove it again around the block.. this time turned the boost down some on the MBC and found out more problems.. YAY!

1. Turned boost down and high throttle point it holds the boost at around 13-15psi then around 5k+ it creeps in the 20psi zone... (I run most of the time around 18-19psi)
2. When it bogs/jerks and I still have the throttle at 100% during it, it doesn't gain RPMs and it makes a funny popping noise in the exhaust, then when it stops everything goes back to normal and get my power...
3. When I go easy into throttle sometimes it doesn't jerk down and make a funny exhaust note and act normal...
 
Maf is cleaned, still runs like ass.

I did notice that I get no Knk when I am using monitor mode, but when I switch to knocking set it shows like 49 knk at freakin idle then when I take it all the way to 5k it goes to freakin like 180!!!! WTF...
 
What about a boost leak? And a big one at that. I had *similar* symptoms after my GSX developed a bad boost leak, though I had no CEL. Someone correct me if im wrong, but it sounds like at least part of your problems are because of a boost leak somewhere.
