I just installed my new Walbro 255 Fuel pump and when I went to start it gas started spraying out of a pinhole in the hose. So I replaced it with a hose from another car and the same thing happened just in another spot. I know im not building to much pressure up with that fuel pump to blow a hole in the hose. If anyone knows where I might can get another one of those hoses or if anyone has a spare they would sell I would really appreciate it. It is the main out-put hose coming off the top of the fuel pump assembly that screws on to the metal pipe that has the stupid nuts on the ends that dont spin (which would make things a lot easier). Thanks for your time.

If it's just the hose itself just replace it, you can get fuel line at any auto parts store

iv been to about 5 auto parts stores and none of them carry fuel lines and they cant make them either.

I had a similar problem with the same area of the fuel system, not with bad hoses but with the fittings that don't turn.

To fix my problem I eliminated that hose by taking a pipe cutter (the kind you turn and keep tightening) and cut both sides were it turns to hard line, one out of the top of the sending unit and the other under the car. The pipe cutter probably wont be able to rotate all the way around the pipe but I went back and forth enough to eventually be able to break it and file the burr smooth. After you have to deburred pipe ends take either 1/4 or 3/8 ( don't remember which one, take a cut end with you) fuel injection hose and double hose clamp it on both ends. You might also want to rough up the line were the hose will clamp to for a little extra protection.

This has worked on my car for over a year and about 30k miles. Hose clamps are not the best thing to use on fuel systems so consider all your options before going this route.

Good luck.

It is the one coming off the sending unit not after the fuel filter. Hopefully I'll find one at this Imperial Supplies place when it reopens after Christmas tommorrow. Thanks for all the info so far. I should buy that fuel feed line after the filter anyways for better flow since I have a bigger fuel pump now.
