oil cooler help?

is it really worth it getting a oil cooler? and when do we know we showld get one?
this past year i had my car at the track maybe 2 times and i know it was "i was stupid" but i was running with no fans i was doing one run and stop becouse it was getting hot just watting 2 stage so i thought it would be the fans but sens its been stoped ever sens and i will be doing a fully built motor for a gt35r, and it will be my every day car showld i just throw it on there a oil cooler?
and i also just have a sbr oem thermostat do you guys recomend me on getting something else and where can i get it?

Plenty of threads out there on oil coolers...just search...And why would you ever think it would be fine to track the car without fans, I'm curious..big_d

haha your not the first one to ask that i think its funny now becouse nothing happend but we had rented out etco me and my friends and i didnt get my fans in by the time so i thought it showld be fine ill tow it to the track and run and stop run and stop and thats what i did but after 2 runs i just stoped becouse i was to scared my temp was going all the way up right after launching yes im an idiot
