WEll i have a 92 laser awd with a small 16g and manual boost control. When driving it at full throttle it will boost 10 lbs but when i go and keep it right before full throttle it will hit 14-15lbs. Is this a sign of boost leak or what is it? thanks

Take out your boost controller and reconnect the vaccuum lines to the BCS and perform the same thing and see what happens.

Or the most logical thing to do would be to perform a boost leak test...
