Car won't start

Ok so I made a thread a couple weeks ago about my car not starting. I wound up having a hole in one of the valves. I ripped the head off got the valve fixed. I just got done putting the head in. I go to start the car and no luck.

The car is doing the same thing it did before I ripped the head off. It cranks good but then it slows down for a second and begins cranking fast again. I'm getting spark, I have fuel (I can smell the engine getting flooded), I didn't do a compression test. I did one before I ripped the head off and it was low because of the valve. It should be fine now. Any ideas guys?

Mods:

-k&n air filter
-arp headstuds (just installed)
-mitsu 4 layer metal hg (just installed)
-sbr clutch
-act 12lb flywheel

Forgot to mention this before anyone else says it. The timing belt is on correctly and everything lines up. Oh, also I changed the coolant temp sensor a couple days before I had these problems. It's not an oem sensor though. Could it possibly go bad like that?

Are you 100 percent sure you have fuel? If you have air fuel and spark there is no reason it shouldn't start.

Well I havent actually pulled the fuel rail line or injectors to see if they're getting fuel, but you can smell fuel from the engine bay when it starts to flood.

Before I pulled the head off the car started but you heard that leak in the head from that valve. Then I took the plug wires off to clean then and put them back on. The car never wanted to start since then. The coil pack is connected and so is the transistor. The wires are hooked up correctly also.
