Intermittent Stalling Problem. Please Your Help Is Needed Wisemen Of The Community!

Hey guys, I've been trying trying to figure this out.

This is what I've got going. The car drives fine, boosts great, idles at a rock solid 750. But, Every once and a while at idle it likes to drop the RPM sputter and die. Scenario, come up to a stop light, push the clutch in and it dies. Important: It only does this after it has reached operating temperature, around 195-200 degrees.

The engine is new about 750 miles ago. Stock rebuild. Did it myself.

Things I have tried:
Junkyard Coil Pack.
Junkyard ISC
Junkyard TPS set to .51v
Swapped ECU's with other known good one.
Sealed the TB and TB elbow with RTV.
Set the BISS and RTV'ed it.
Swapped FPR with other known good one.
Swapped All stock injectors with other used stockers.
Adjusted the closed throttle sensor.

All of these have had no effect on the running of the car.

Seems to run rich but the O2 voltage cycles at idle. And @ 15psi I get no knock and a .92 O2 reading. And I get crap gas mileage. Filled it up 4 times in 750 miles.

Things I want to check:
Fuel Pump.
Fuel Filter.
Plug Gap. (Right now is BRP7ES @.30)

This car was not running when I bought it so the 750 miles is all the history I have with this DSM. Please feel free to let me know what else there is to check and what I left out. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Close the plug gap down to .028
Just want to clarify a few things though...you replaced lower injector seals? Boost leak tested the system?
 
Try the mas . Unplug it while it is running to see if anything changes . If not then I would say it was bad .

I used the same injector seals that this guy used in this thread: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=234729

I haven't boost leak tested it yet. Have been needing to do this for a while I know that will show me if it leaks at the injector seals and what not. I know that boost leaks will make it run rich also. The turbo has a whine to it when it's not fully warmed up yet, and gets quieter when the engine warms up to temp. I think it could be a leak at the turbo outlet elbow. I will try a boost leak test tomorrow. Thanks.

I have uplugged it when it is running and the Idle increases dramatically but still idles just fine. I have been wanting to swap it out with my buddy's car that runs perfectly.
 
I had the same problem coming to a stopp push the clutch in and the car turns off! ProjectGS let me know what you come up with if you figure out the problem!

I swapped the MAS out with my freind's one and it runs perfectly. No problems at all. Now it is was in intermittent problem so time will only tell but I drove it around for about an hour and it never once acted up. So, I figure it's time for a 2g MAS. If anyone knows of someone wanting to sell one let me know. Thanks.

I used those seals for a little bit, they still leaked and werent too tight of a fit like OEM ones, those things might work good for you, but i had bad experience with them, and they tore easily. Just get the OEM ones from SBR and not have to worry about it anymore. As for the turbo elbow-Meet RTV silicone, your best friend for that spot, the BOV flange, and vac. nipples.
