Ok yesterday I posted about the car not driving correctly. Well I fixed that since the coupler blew off of the intercooler (all I have to say is don't trust friends that say they tightened a clamp tight enough and checked it LOL). Anyway I took it for a drive on a back road and now the car is now boosting to 20psi instead of the factory 13psi. What could be the problem. I do not have a MBC on the car at all so I havent adjusted anything.

Check all the lines leading to and from your BCS. A line may have come off or been kinked. Also make sure it is hooked up correctly, the pressure source(nipple on compressor housing in your case) and wastegate actuator should be teed and lead to one nipple on the BCS, and the other nipple should have a line routed just behind the stock MAS.

ok i will go look at those right now also when I was driving it seemed like the car didnt even want to let go of the boost. It would go to 20psi so I would let off the gas who knows if it wouldve gotten all the way to 30. Anything else I should look at besides those items while I am in the engine bay?

Ok checked the BCS Lines and the Bottom nipple is tee'd off to the compressor housing and wastegate and the top nipple is going to the stock intake. Going to check my Bov lines now. Just to be sure there are only supposed to be the two facotry hoses that connect to the bov correct? It is a greddy type s I noticed it has a lower nipple in the back but have read it doesnt need to be used or capped. Also when driving sometimes I hear like a flutter when letting off the gas at low boost and it sounds like a normal greddy type s when letting off the gas at high boost.

New note: to the 20psi problem. So I drove the car and it hits 20psi then backs down to about 17psi and holds there until the car finally decides to shift. This is an automatic if that makes any difference
