So there seems to be a problem that I can't boost over 5psi. At first I thought it was my new boost controller, but if I hook the stock back up it does the same thing.
Mods are:
14B
255lph
AFPR
FMIC
Intake
Greddy Type-S
Tuning with greddy emanage. (trying to get an SAFC cause I hate this thing)
So not much done there.
On a recent log I did a third gear pull and from around 2000RPM had an O2 reading of .87 and it climbed to .92 around 6000RPM. My timming kept steady at around 20 degrees with no knock. MY FTO2 was steady at 100% the whole time. FTRL was 118, FTRM 85.9, and FTRH 95.3%. I would upload it but I don't have excel.
So my run seemed pretty good.
Here's another random issue. MY AFPR is set to around 20psi. When I put it at 36, it runs so rich that my accel sucks and it bucks at high rpm. What should I do about that? Put it to 36 and tune it down, or just leave it like it is?
Also I have a wideband, but its not installed yet.
Now to the real issue. I have ran multiple boost leak tests (although im probobly doing them wrong) and found nothing wrong. Checked all couplers and everything. I have also played with the boost controller and turned it all the way in and all the way out with no change. I checked the turbo and i can push pull on the fins and there is a little play...is this shaft play, or is that up and down? Could it possibly be my ECU or some setting that I changed in Emanage?
Any help would be appreciated.
Also not sure if this matters but my stock boost guage will read boost when my "good" one doesn't. And it usually is between 7 and 14 until around 5000 RPM which it kicks up to 14psi (5psi on my good gauge)
