might i add i took the plugs out and the looked pretty white, i need to pull again to double check but were pretty white im thinking about throwing in the stock ecu and injectors to see if it stops picking up knock

Potentially phantom knock, a bumpy road (causing phantom knock), or a dead/dying knock sensor. I'd replace it if you haven't in the last year or two (or at all), just to be on the safe side.
Though your airflow DID jump a lot, and dropped back down right when the timing climbed up again. Maybe you hit a cold spot, or your MAS screwed up and read high.
