3 CELS keep coming on?

I have the same three CELs that come on about every 2 days.

p03FP

Anyone know what might cause this and are they related?

P0400 = Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Malfunction - Is your's disconnected?
P0196 = Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Range/Performance - Is your's connected/ over heated at some point recently?

I dont' see a definition for P03FP

I'd look at your manual on the EGR system (or under-hood emissions diagram) for your specific car, but on most ODBII equipped cars I've delt with, there is a sensor that passively/actively monitors how much exhaust gas is recirculated via the EGR under different conditions. Possible the EGR is non-functioning/purposefully blocked off, or the sensor (if there is one) is bad.

Case in point, my '02 Mountaineer has a similar CEL which turned out to be the sensor was bad
