Ok ive read through the countless alternator problems and solutions and got CLOSE to what my problem is, but before that, let me start off by sharing with you what i HAVE done:

Battery Voltage? Checked
Alternator Voltage? Checked
Battery Cables? Checked
Alternator Cables? Checked, one wire busted, the one on top of the alternator, fixed it
Power Steering Leaks? Checked
Oil Leaks ( oh yes, valve cover seals, bust and oil spills out, on the timing chain side? Alternator is right there) Checked, and fixed and took alternator to get tested and cleaned, ran fine for like 6 months i believe, its pretty new too. Well about 8 months old so maybe not new.

Ok now the only electronics i am running outside of the 'stock' instrument panels are:

Blitz BLM Boost Gauge
Greddy Full Autotimer

Now my problems are:

1) When i drive, my instrument panel lights are bright as hell, but as soon as i put the car in neutral two things happen:
1a) The Instrument Panels go pretty dim, i can see them, but they are dimmed where i see the difference, then when i hit the gas again, they get brighter
2a) if im driving, and i put it in neutral, the rpms will drop ALL the way down to the point where my car has shut off on me!!!

2) I hear this like humming/whinning noise, not squeaking like a loose belt, but like a humming/whinning noise thats not TOO disturbing, but it is coming from the alternator, engine side  but it wasnt there before, and it get s higher pitched as i rev higher, (and also this i think because of a bad ground in my radio, the sound filters out to my radio, i hear that sound in the radio, like the radio picks it up or something, but thats an easy fix, i just turn off the radio)

It seems like your battery is going bad. How does it start? Has the voltage been checked while your starting?

turns out my battery was dying, as well as my alternator.
Changed batteries, and started right up, but had no lights and gauges were off.

Sucks ass battery and alternator change. any good places for new alternators? Autzone want s150 bucks!!
