So I went for inspections and emissions failed. I have had problem with lambda values and HC...Now I changed MAF, Lambdasensor ( o2 sensor) and ex manifold due to cracks.

I got all vcalues ok except HC. Its allowed to be 100 but I went to 298 :-(

Checked my FT:s and the LFT is 91..on abone stock car. What to do next? Is it the cat thats dead or...something else? Checked vacuumhoses and only one I find broke was the PCV valve hos that goes to intakemanifold. Changed it out to a new one but havent had time to drive since.

Any advice appreciated since I only got one week to fix this.

Your most likely running lean. Make sure your ignition timing is set to stock settings. 5+- 3 degrees. I don't see any tuning device listed on your profile. I would either swap in your stock injectors and turn down your boost and get a tuning device ie Dsmlink. Also, it appears
you are running a stock fuel pump. I would put a 190lph pump in and re-wire it with some fuel pump rewire kit.

If your profile is correct, I can't see how you car would run right at all. Keep us posted.

sorry I put parts there that wasnt on the car yet..sorry a bout that. Went ahead of time, since they were to be installed this weekend, beacuse of failing emissions they are in my kitchen ;-)

Only thing on the car:
K&N filter
10,2mm spark wires
SAFC
All the gauges ( boost, oiltemp, oilpress)

Thats why I find it strange it should have low LFT, and I wonder if that can affect the values on emissions as well. I found a leak at the TB shaftseals as well but it shouldnt be able to affect it all this much or could it?

Oh and I should add that the carfumes smell alot of gasoline, feels like its not being all burnt in the combustion chanber...and the exhuasts smells gasoline.

TB shaft seals should not affect it that much. Do you have a data logger? Also, is your EGR valve functioning correctly? Don't block that off for the emissions test. You need to make sure your timing is set correctly. Use a timing gun if needed. You could also try to seafoam your car too. =p Do you actually have a wideband gauge, or is it just the A/F ratio gauge? Either way tell me the readings you have.

yes I have a logger.
No EGR blocked off.Dont know if it works as it should, how do I chaeck?

Will check timing and see if its as it should be.
No wideband, the values are from emissionstest I need to pass to be able to drive the car.
What readings do you want?

Seafoam? Joke ?
