Safc???

I have a little question...My car is basically stock except for me ruuning at 15 psi...My question is I have an oppurtunity to purchase a SAFC and I am wonderong if I would need it right now???Would it benefit me?

It is not reccomened to tune with a SAFC with the stock setup. But if its cheap and you plan on going with a walbro 190 or 255 then sure get it so you can tune with some bigger injectors. Till then keep the boost below 15psi.

You should consider getting a logger or a wideband those will be very helpful

this whole subject confuses the crap out of me, so if i get say an apexi safc then i still need a logger, or is a logger or and safc all i need? If i got dsmlink would i still need an safc? Super confused please clarify for me..thanx

You need a tuning device and a datalogging device to be able to tune the car. Dsmlink has both. If you get the SAFC you will need a datalogger. A wideband isn't absolutely required for most people, but it's very helpful.

Well even tho the thread is a little dead, I will fill this in: A wideband o2 sensor has a larger voltage threshhold, 5v. A narrowband, stock, has a 1v threshhold. Therefore you can fine tune your vehicle mor precisely with a wideband o2 sensor. It is not needed but recommended.
