Havent Gotten To Drive In Months

Well I finished my head rebuild, compression is 175 across the board, no boost leaks when done from turbo, havent tried from the throttle body yet, my idle is high and bounces around from 800-1400 (surge), rumbles a lot at idle, and drives fine for the most part, have white smoke coming out the back (which may be head needing to be retorqued, and when at idle the interior lights flicker/fade. Also my sparkplugs were white which I believe means lean. I also wanted to add I am on stock fuel still with an E1316g at low boost, 3inch turbo back, and a few other mods. I had a thread at DSMtalk if anyone wants to read over that. Please help, not driving my car is killing me.

Well I just shot out oil and white smoke out the back so I am thinking for some crazy reason my E316g may be in trouble. Im gonna take the manifold off and check the turbo. Anyone who has any other helpful info on my idle situation please chime in. I really need to drive.
